Programs Offered:
Recreational Rhythmic/Dance Program:
The recreational program is a wonderful introduction to rhythmic gymnastics for children 3-18 years of age. Children in the recreational program are grouped by age and skill level. During practice our gymnast learn proper body and apparatus technique. Recreational gymnasts perform in exhibitions and in the school shows.
Competitive Program:
The competitive program begins with Level 3, which is the beginner competitive level and continues to Level 10, which can only be attained by qualifying to the US National Championships. Competitive gymnasts practice 2-3 days per week and compete is 3-10 competitions per year. Competitive gymnasts perform in exhibitions and in the year-end gala.
