Programs available at Isadora Rhythmics include:
Recreational Program
Children 3-18 Years old can participate in a fun recreational program. Children in the recreational program are grouped by age/skill level. The recreational program  is a wonderful introduction to rhythmic gymnastics. A girl can choose to continue in the recreational  program or move to the competitive program. Recreational gymnasts perform in exhibitions and the year end gala
Competitive Program

Level 3 is a beginner competitive level. Level 3 gymnasts  compete  with two of the rhythmic apparatus in additon to the floor (free hand) exercise. Level 3 gymnast compete with  four  gymnast performing  at a time.The floor routine is a compulsory routine all other routines are optional but each club must have the same routines. Level 3 gymnast compete at local and invitational meets.

Level 4 is the second competitve level of rhythmic gymnastics  and the first competitive level of competition at State and Regional Championships. Level 4 gymnasts compete with two of the rhythmic apparatus in addtion to the floor (free hand) exercise . Level 4 gymnast compete with 2 gymnast performing at a time. The floor routine is a compulsory routine all other routines are optional but each club must have the same routines.

Level 5 is the most advanced compulsory level.  Level 5  gymnast will compete a compulsory Floor and all other  routines will be optional choreography. Level 5 gymnast can share a routine with other gymnasts or may have an individual routine choreographed. Level 5 gymnast compete with three of the rhythmic apparatus in addition to the floor ( free hand) exercise.

Level 6 is the  first transitional  level between the compulsory program and the FIG Optional levels.  The difficulty values for level 6 routines will be taken from the FIG  Code of Points.  Level 6 gymnast will choose elements from A,B and C difficulties. Level 6 gymnasts compete with three of the rhythmic apparatus in addition to the floor (free hand) exercise.

Level 7 will be based on the current FIG code of Points. The Level 7 gymnast will choose elements from A,B,C,D and E difficulties.  Level 7 gymnast compete with three of the rhythmic appartus in addition to the floor ( free hand) exercise.

Level 8 will be based on the current FIG Code of Points. Level 8 gymnast choose elements from A,B,C,D, E and F difficulties. Level 8 gymnast compete with three of the rhythmic apparatus in addition to the floor (free hand) exercise.

Level 9 is the level for the accomplished  rhythmic gymnast who has demonstrated that she can easily perform basic FIG requirements and is ready for the challenge of full  FIG optional routine  requirements.

Levle 10 is the level for gymnasts who qualify to the USA National Championships. The top 12 athletes (junior and senior) in the all-around competition at USA national Championships earn elite status. The top 8 are members of the U.S. National Team.
