Programs Offered:
Recreational Program:
The recreational program is a wonderful introduction to rhythmic gymanstics for children 3-18 years of age. Children in the recreational program are grouped by age and skill level. During practice our gymnasts learn proper body and apparatus technique. Recreational gymansts perform in exhibitions and in the year-end gala.
Competitive Program:
The competitve program begins with Level 3, which is the beginner competitive level and continues to Level 10, which can only be attained by qualifying to the US National Championships. Competitive gymnasts practice at least 3 days per week and compete in 3-10 competitions per year. Competitive gymansts perform in exhibitions and in the year-end gala.
